I purchased this for $205 and received it in a severely damaged box (which is not the fault of the company, only UPS) There was a small piece that had broken in half. This is cheap particle board and breaks easily. I wrote OSP Designs and explained the situation, as they guarantee all parts and will replace for any reason if damaged upon receipt. They gave me the run-around for 2 wks asking for photos, a special form, and proof of purchase. I gave them everything necessary and they still ignored my request. I wrote them back again and stated if they did not correct the problem and send me my small part I wanted a full refund and wanted them to pay for the shipping to send it back. They told me they would refuse the package if I returned it, would not pay costs, and said they don't sell off of amazon.com. I explained that I bought it from amazon and yes they did indeed sell on here!!! It has been over 3 wks...now they say they will send my part....we... The very thin veneer was scratched in places, the "wood" of which it is made had a crack and obvious glue marks where they glued it back together. Frankly, we were too terrified to put an actual TV on it. From a distance, it almost looks like an IKEA reject, but from within 10 feet, it looks like the cheap thing it is. I doubt I would ever buy anything from OSP Designs again. |
